About Ragdoll Cat Advice

Welcome to Ragdoll Cat Advice!

Hello, I’m Hannah, fellow ragdoll cat lover and proud owner to two ragdoll cats, Mr.Fudge and Teddy!

My gorgeous boys follow me everywhere and truly make the best companions. I think I’d be lost without them!

I did a lot of online research before deciding that ragdolls were a suitable breed of cat for me to own.

So that’s why I decided to start Ragdoll Cat Advice as a fun hobby to help others and to combine my two passions in life – ragdolls and writing!

Choosing Ragdoll Cats

If you’ve already got a ragdoll cat or cats of your own, you’ll know they are a very special breed of cat.

Ragdolls are one of the most loving cats breeds out there, known for their affectionate nature and well, to put it bluntly, neediness!

Choosing to look after ragdoll cats is a big commitment and that’s really why I started this blog; to help fellow ragdoll cat lovers give their affectionate, furry family members the care, love and attention they need. Whilst also learning a lot more about the breed myself as I go!

Personally, I love nothing more than cuddling up on the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea. I also work remotely and I’m a real ‘home bird’, so I knew ragdoll cats could be a good fit for me.

However, before deciding whether a ragdoll cat was right for me I did a lot of research. I grew up with cats and have always loved them but I knew ragdoll cats needed more care and attention that the average outdoor cat.

Therefore, it was super important for me to make sure I knew my lifestyle was suitable for a ragdoll cat.

Even after becoming a proud ragdoll cat mama I am forever taking to the internet to ask questions about my ragdolls. So, I thought why not start a blog of my own to help other ragdoll cat owners!

After months of research we finally settled on our first ragdoll; a seal pointed ragdoll kitten named Mr.Fudge! A year later we knew Mr.Fudge need a companion so we found Teddy, a seal-sepia mink ragdoll and we haven’t looked back!
